DFL’s Garments’ production facility is a 6-storied building comprising of 67,000 square feet per floor with 8 stair cases (4 Fire stairs), 2 Passenger and 2 Cargo Lifts. Housing of different facilities are as follows:

2nd, 3rd & 4th Floor: Sewing Section with APW, Back pocket setter, Belt loop setter etc. Provisions are there for special pilot lines for production of 5-Pocket denim with automated VIBIMAC machines like Pocket Setter, Loop attacher, etc.
Lines also compliment for mixed production of Cargos, Chinos, Light jackets, dress pants, etc.

The plant is equipped with state-of-the-art high-tech washing machinery for garment’s wash keeping in view the choices and preferences of the customers. There will be 40 Washing Machines and 36 Dryer Machines of Italian and Turkish origin involving both Wet & Dry Processes and employing latest technologies like 3D whiskering, Laser, etc.

Each operation is handled with care starting from the pattern making stage, fabric inspection, fabric lay planning, cutting, stitching for achieving required approved and acceptable Quality levels.
Our on-site mini-labs help ensure that both quality and safety standards are consistently met.
